In Aldeia dos Capuchos, all villas have sea views, thanks to the special characteristics of the land and its well planed.

Seventy-eight plots of land with areas between 700 and 1000 meters squared. From which 350m2 will be for the construction of villas homes, 11 plots are for the construction of townhouses homes, attached to one another.

The villas designed in one level and cellar, could be presented in different typologies from four to six rooms, the buyers are free to develop their own architectural projects, as long as they respect the regulations of the construction’s project, which is responsibility of Cantial and has been approved by the Municipal Town Hall of Almada.

The buyers of the plots have three years to start the construction of their villa and two more years for its conclusion. If they wish to, Cantial can be responsible for the construction of the house.
